Important Update: Transition to Group Sessions

We are excited to announce a new format for your post-CCT support session! Instead of the Individual Support Session (ISS), we now offer a group session called While You Wait: Post CCT Support for Prospective Caregivers. This interactive virtual session is designed to provide you with valuable insights and foster community among your peers.

 

What You Need to Do:

  1. Click Here to enroll in the virtual session, While You Wait: Post- CCT Support Session for Prospective Caregivers
  2. Pick from a variety of upcoming session dates listed under Choose an Upcoming Event.
  3. If you do not see any dates listed, it is most likely that have not completed all online sessions of CCT. Please click here to check your progress in the course.
  4. Once enrollment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a Zoom link and helpful information about the session. You will also see a “Join Here” button the registration page when the class is about to begin.
  5. After completion of the virtual session you will receive a certificate for Caregiver Core Training (CCT).
