Development for Professionals

The Alliance offers a comprehensive training system that focuses on capacity building, coaching and skill development.

These learning opportunities span a variety of modalities and include three levels of learning: field ready or pre-service core courses; specialized in-service for professionals; and advanced in-service.

Professionals served by this program include child welfare, licensing and juvenile rehabilitation staff of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) in Washington; tribal partners; judicial organizations; and community agencies.
