Effective March 2020, RCT will be delivered virtually via webinar, eLearnings, independent study, field activities, and 1:1 virtual coaching to support skill development. Classroom sessions and webinar sessions contain the same content and similar learning opportunities, as well as all the same handouts. Additional handouts and independent learning packets are in place for virtual delivery of some sessions.
