Winter Miller is the Data Integrity and Reporting Specialist at the Alliance. She is responsible for organizational data quality and handles data requests for the reporting needs of our team. Her passion lies in connecting data to meaningful outcomes in the community.

Winter began her career working in the tech industry supporting clients in using and understanding services such as Salesforce, FormAssembly, Docuvera and others. She transitioned to the nonprofit sector in 2024 and loves using her experience to directly support her community. Her educational background is in Computer Science, and she has expertise in database administration and various programming languages.

Outside of work, Winter loves reading speculative fiction, playing video games, working on various hobbyist programming projects, and spending time with her two cats.
