Patricia A. Erdman is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and administrative roles. As the Executive Director at the Alliance for Professional Development, Training, and Caregiver Excellence, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, overseeing the organization’s operations, fiscal management, and strategic planning. Patricia excels at building relationships with external stakeholders and fostering trust at all levels within the organization.

Patricia’s ability to identify opportunities for continuous growth has been a key factor in her success, and her commitment to values such as integrity, transparency, and respect is evident in her collaborative approach to work. She has effectively managed multiple statewide initiatives, ensuring the integration of quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. Her diverse experience, from practice model coaching to social work in healthcare settings, showcases her adaptability and comprehensive understanding of social work practices.

Patricia holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington State. Her work in suicide prevention and domestic violence advocacy further highlights her dedication to community service and her ability to respond to critical needs.

Before her current role, Patricia held leadership positions in Children’s Administration, now known as the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), and has been with The Alliance since its founding in 2012, first as a Regional Coach and then as a Regional Education Training Administrator for Regions 1 and 2. In 2022 she was promoted to the Associate Director of Statewide Programs and served as the interim executive director from July 2023 to June 2024.
