Lynn M. Robinson, MSW, LSWAIC, is a Development Coach with The Alliance, partnering with child welfare professionals, supervisors, caregivers, and community advocates to strengthen practice through training, coaching, and skill-building. Lynn brings over 20 years of experience across the child welfare continuum, as a service provider, child protection investigations, permanency planning, family engagement facilitation, program leadership, and clinical supervision. She has been a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers since 2025.

Her professional focus includes learner-centered coaching grounded in trauma-informed practice, positive regard, strength-based approaches, motivational interviewing, and cultural humility. Her work centers on family-centered practice, reflective supervision, and integrating Motivational Interviewing into supervision, coaching, and workforce development.
