Instructional Designer

Jennifer Fricke is an educational professional with over 15 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning for higher education and healthcare. She received her MS in Educational Technology from Boise State University and was one of the first faculty members to design, develop, and teach 100% online courses at the University.

After Boise State University, she worked at the University of Alaska Anchorage and then Providence Health Services where she took on the roles of Sr. eLearning Developer and Sr. Instructional Designer. She was responsible for educating and mentoring instructional designers, curriculum developers, and trainers on how to create effective and efficient interactive eLearning training materials and courses.

Jennifer really enjoys the collaborative process of bringing together subject matter experts, trainers, developers, and caregivers on projects that create a variety of engaging online instructional materials and courses. 

Jennifer is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and enjoys spending her free time with family, either cooking, camping, or hiking all kinds of terrain (including the mall).
