Ana Schultz

Ana Schultz is a Development Coach with the Alliance.  She wants to bring her passion for learning and connection to the workforce and support those who do the crucial work of protecting children and strengthening families.

Ana started her career in child welfare at the Department of Children, Youth and Families in 2010 after receiving her Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University.  She worked in multiple roles at DCYF including Child Protection, Family Assessment Response, Child and Family Welfare Services, Family Reconciliation Services and Family to Family program Management and Supervision.  Ana found, through this work, that she has a love for rural social work and engaging with and supporting families. 

Ana and her family recently moved near the ocean and are starting a sustainable, no-till farm to raise berries, veggies and build community.
